The history and tradition of CZ-AEROmotive

Our company is part of the Česká zbrojovka Partners SE holding company, which also includes AIT Group – Advanced Industrial Technology Group a.s. We are established in the aviation sector as one of the leading Czech companies with a significant international presence – for more than 50 years, we have been developing and manufacturing state-of-the-art gearbox systems for turboprop engines. Our experience in the manufacture of gearbox systems makes us one of the leading manufacturers of straight-toothed and helical gears.

Our history in the aviation industry began in the 1970s with the manufacture of aviation gearboxes, specifically reduction gearboxes (RGB) and accessory gearboxes (AGB). These components were originally designed for the M601 engine, which powers the legendary Czech L-410 Turbolet. Thanks to systematic development and modernisation, our gearboxes have also become the cornerstone of the modern H-80engine series, thereby laying the foundations for our reputation in the field of cutting-edge aviation technology.

Today, we are characterised by traditional expertise combined with modern technology, high-precision manufacturing and rigorous quality control.
