Quality and certification
Our products are manufactured in accordance with the strictest European standards and meet the requirements of the aviation industry. We work directly with the Civil Aviation Authority, hold licences for the manufacture and maintenance of aircraft, and are members of the Czech Aerospace Industry Association.
All of this ensures that every component not only meets, but often exceeds, the required standards of quality and reliability.
Rigorous quality control

- careful monitoring throughout the production process
- a detailed examination at a specialist clinic
- final verification of geometric accuracy and functionality

Measurement and inspection test
As part of our standard procedures for checking accuracy, assessing
shape, roundness and finish, we carry out the following measurement
and inspection tests.
Types of measurement tests:
Complete gear measurement using the DO-3 PC and SP60 CNC
Measuring roundness and cylindricity using Talyrond 3
Measurement of surface roughness and profile using the Mahr Perthometer PCV
Measuring 3D dimensions and positions using Dea Global and Dea Iota
Types of inspection tests:
Non-destructive testing of materials using the Tiede Universal 600WE flaw detector
Assessment of burnt areas after grinding using the Rollscan 300
Testing for surface defects in materials using capillary testing
